    Abstract: This research is about Examining key success factors of Fencing Club management, using literature reviews for corporate profits mode, business model innovation, service innovation of theory to examine Fencing Club’s business model at present and develop interview outline.
    Totally, 26 stakeholders such as fencing club managers, coaches, students, parents, fencing association, other relevant sports club managers and academic researchers were interviewed to understand current sport club management particularly about the fencing club management. And select from other sports club relevant employees’ interview to learn for other sports club management about service innovation mode, profit models and key success factors. Along with interviews, club field observations were conducted to produce experiential notes. The interviews were transcribed and combine with the notes from experiential learning to do the coding and extract key success factors of fencing club management from the contents.
    The results showed that fencing club was generally upgraded from skill-oriented personal home office. The key success depends on whether coaches can become managers. The key success factors of fencing club management have two parts: essential factors and attractive factors. The essential factors include how to prepare equipment, choose a good location, recruit qualified instructors, and apply social media to promote. The attractive factors include how to balance recreation-oriented and competition-oriented teaching goals, how to capitalize stakeholders, how to creatively design a clear business model, and keep improving the courses and services. This study provides useful information to fencing club management and hopefully to be applied to other sports clubs.
