    Abstract: This research is for investigation of the different obesity level and physical fitness for colleague students. The total subjects are the 620 male freshmen of year 2014 from a private university of central Taiwan. The samples excluded the unsuitable and uncompleted ones. This research is taking the 3 weeks physical fitness for the freshmen, the inspection items are including Body Mass Index(BMI), Sit and Reach, Stand Jumping, one minute sit up, and 1600m jogging. The level for the BMI is underweight, Normal Range, and overweight. Using the Pearson moment Correlation Coefficient to analysis the difference between BMI and each physical fitness. And using the one-way ANOVA to compare difference between each physical fitness.
    The result of the underweight, there is no outstanding correlation. The Normal Range, the BMI is the negative correlation with the stand jumping. The overweight, the BMI is the negative correlation with the sit and each, stand jumping, and one minute sit up; but the positive correlation with the 1600m jogging. The difference of sit and each is overweight>underweight with the outstanding difference. The difference of stand jumping is underweight>overweight & normal range>overweight with the outstanding difference. The difference of one minute sit up is underweight>overweight & normal range>overweight with the outstanding difference. The difference of 1600m jogging is underweight<overweight & normal range<overweight with the outstanding difference. Teachers can know more about the students according to the research statistic, and plan more actives to establish the personal regulation exercising in order to enhance the physical.
