    Abstract: With development of technology and internet, web learning overcomes the limitations of traditional learning by its various functions and properties. In web learning environment, instructional designs integrate the web activities, which in turn, enhances learning effectiveness. As information technology continues to progress, the rapid development of Internet, diversified functions and features of E-Learning, it breaks many of the limitations of traditional teaching. There are more and more opportunities to reach information technology equipment, such as computers, smartphones, tablets, and so on in the daily lives of preschool children. Preschool printing publishing industry have also provided books, interactive CD-ROM and other materials for the kindergarten curriculum. In recent years, APP program has become the most popular teaching tool for educators. Teachers have begun to consider designing the APP programs for teaching and using APP programs to help students learn more effectively. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is applying quasi-experimental method to explore the circumstances of employing Clay Tutorial APPs for preschool children. According to the experimental results of this study, the learning performances as well as interest in learning of the children in the experimental group instructed through Clay Tutorial APPs are significantly better than those in the control group taught by traditional teaching. Therefore, the teaching materials and pedagogies of “Clay Tutorial APPs” are worthy of development and research. Hope this Clay Tutorial APPs is sustainable in development, and can be provided as a good reference for future study.
