    Abstract: In recent years, due to the progress of the times, human life has been extended, the opposite of young people because of the pressure in reality and reduce the fertility, and gradually become the aging society, in the future dependency is more likely to up to 77.7%, in the case of more and more elderly people, care centers have become a way to assist, but due to the situation of funds and manpower, it may cause 1 care workers to be responsible for 5 to 10 elderly people, for this case Can not really master every old man, so need help with science and technology, many technology has been very skilled. For example: identification systems, positioning systems, portable devices, etc., in particular the positioning system and the combination of portable devices, for the care center is even more indispensable.

    Most of today's society is older and inconvenient elderly people, and some even sick, even if someone is responsible for care, whether at home or care center, there are still unexpected news, so with simple Wearing devices, can detect the location at any time, and even further detection of heartbeat, heart rhythm, etc., can easily detect the basic information of the elderly, the condition, the location and so on. On the other hand the use of positioning system can also reduce the burden of health care workers, when needed, can easily find the patient location.

    This system is the use of GPS positioning system and the combination of care systems, in addition to the proper use of care systems to manage patient information, care system interface and content requirements can be designed in accordance with the requirements of the hospital, the other use of GPS detection area The location, even if the patient accidentally left the hospital can know.
