    Abstract: The Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan of the R.O.C.(Taiwan) on May 14, 2012 announced amendments to the air quality standards, updated PM2.5 air quality standards, and based on its domestic health impact study results, health effects as a priority.
    This research are the actual sales volume between this research chain store、market and competitors' market share of air purifier. The sales result of air purifier from sales channel to study increasing sales volume of this research chain store. To meet this research if business strategy changes can meet the environmental changes to improve operational performance.

    In the past experience, business decision making relying on single decision-making, , its easily to be subjective or ignore market changes. It may lead to result is not as expected. What is more serious lead enterprises stagnation or inefficiency. As a result, lose market competitiveness gradually. In order to improve business performance, changing the way of decision-making is crucial. Corporation decision making should based on the results of data analysis, combined with team experience and business intuition.

    The main results of this study are:
    First, the main consumer group of air purifier is 30-39 year-old male.
    Second, the air purifier sales volume is very relevant to the air quality forecast issued by the Environmental Protection Administration Executive Yuan of the R.O.C.(Taiwan). The sales volume of air purifier will be significantly higher in the air quality forecast poor quality areas than the air quality forecast better quality areas.
    Third, after air purifier business strategy adjustment, this research of chain store have higher sales performance than other competitors.
