    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討苗栗市巨蛋游泳池俱樂部會員在服務品質及會員忠誠度間之關係,本研究採問卷調查法,以300位苗栗市巨蛋游泳池俱樂部之會員為研究樣本,並將有效資料以SPSS19.0版進行統計分析,經獨立樣本t檢定,單因子變異數分析,描述性統計及迴歸分析,獲得研究結果並提出建議如下:
