    Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of background factors on the analysis of blood pressure waveforms in the field, and to carry out the questionnaire survey and carry out the instrument test experiment with the field firefighters of the Taichung Municipal Government Fire Department. A total of 150 samples, the results are as follows:
    1.On the whole, the background information collected from the field firefighters in this case, the analysis of most of the data are not significantly different background factors affect the blood pressure wave parameters lead to cardiovascular disease is unlikely.
    2.Taichung City Government Fire Department field firefighting officers of the pulse, and marital status, number of children, service age, smoking behavior, drinking behavior, etc. are significantly different.
    3. the Taichung City Government Fire Department field firefighting officers of the blood pressure value, and the service year there are significant differences.
    4. the Taichung City Government Fire Department field firefighting staff of the heavy wave and the main wave height difference, and the age was significantly different.
    5.The mean and standard deviation of the data of blood pressure waveforms of firefighters were compared with those of patients with no heart disease and cardiovascular disease. The data of blood pressure waveforms of firefighters were between no heart disease and There is cardiovascular disease in the middle, and tend to no heart disease data.
    According to the results of this study, can be used as a reference to the cardiovascular status of firefighters in the future, to remind the fire officers to pay attention to good health at any time, and as a reference to improve the quality of fire work and service type.
