    Abstract: This study aimed to explore the business model of printing industries for disruptive innovation by Bai Sha Technology Corporation. The purposes of this study were to explore the development of the printing industry in Taiwan and the disruptive innovation of the printing industry on the online integrated printing process. Case study was adopted, and the experience of online integrated printing process by Bai Sha Technology Printing Corporation was explored. Case interviews were adopted to collect relevant important information. According to qualitative data analysis results, the disruptive innovation structure of online printing techniques by Bai Sha Technology includes three facets: innovation of process, innovation of value and innovation of marketing path.
    Through the process of research, found that the disruptive innovation has become a digital Internet era to create the pinnacle of business opportunities. Therefore, according to the results and the findings, it is suggested that the future enterprises should grasp the pulse of the times and discuss the possible risks of developing the disruptive innovation at any time. The management should keep innovative thinking and master the spirit and inheritance of the organizational culture.
