本研究旨在探討民宿服務品質與遊客景觀偏好之關係，以桃園地區參與VILLA景觀民宿住宿體驗之遊客為研究對象。共計發出400 份問卷，回收377 份，剔除漏答等無效問卷後，有效問卷共計363 份，有效問卷回收率為90.75％。所得資料採用SPSS 22.0 統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關分析。研究得出如下結論：
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the service quality of lodging and tourist landscape preferences and the tourists who participate in the VILLA landscape bed and breakfast accommodation experience in Taoyuan area. A total of 400 questionnaires were issued and 377 were returned. After invalid questionnaires such as omissions were excluded, a total of 363 valid questionnaires were received. The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 90.75%. The data obtained using SPSS 22.0 statistical package software for descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, single factor analysis of variance and Pierson correlation analysis. The research draws the following conclusion:
1. The overall cognition of tourist service quality and landscape preference of tourists is top-level. 2. There are no significant differences in tourists' understanding of service quality between different background variables. 3. There are significant differences in geothermal preferences among rustic pastoralists and hot springs in different age groups. 4. There are significant differences in the preferences of tourists in different residential areas; 5. There is a significant positive correlation between the overall quality of service table and the overall landscape preference table.
Finally, based on the above findings, suggestions are given to B & B operators and follow-up studies.
