    Title: 行政院農業委員會農糧署人員A型人格特質、工作壓力與休閒態度關係之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在瞭解農糧署人員A型人格特質、工作壓力與休閒態度三者之關係。以問卷調查農糧署300位在職人員,實際回收的有效問卷為222份。經由問卷所得的資料透過項目分析、信效度分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、現況分析、迴歸分析等統計法分析資料,研究結果分析如下:
    一、不同背景變項的農糧署人員在A型人格特質上均無顯著差異。
    二、不同背景變項的的農糧署人員在工作壓力上有顯著差異:男性的工作壓力大於女性;主管的工作壓力大於非主管;大專的工作壓力大於高中職(含以下);研究所(含以上)的工作壓力大於高中職(含以下);研究所(含以上)的工作壓力大於大專。
    三、不同背景變項的農糧署人員在休閒態度上均無顯著差異。
    四、農糧署人員A型人格特質對工作壓力有顯著正向影響;農糧署人員A型人格特質對休閒態度無顯著影響;農糧署人員休閒態度對工作壓力無顯著影響。
    五、建議農糧署對新進人員可以事先進行A型人格特質的評估,其後多與關注使其適才適所;建議農糧署人員參加學習情緒管理課程或研習,並利用時間多與同事交流,促進情誼。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among type A personality, job stress and leisure attitude of staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency, C.O.A. The method of this study was questionnaire survey. The subjects of this study were employee staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency, The total 300 copies were issued and were 222 valid questionnaires retrieved. The retrieved questionnaires data were analyzed by statistical methods such as project analysis, reliability and validity analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, status analysis, regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, and so on, The results of the study are as follows:
    1.There were no significant difference of different background variables of the staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency in type A personality traits.
    2. There were significant differences of different background variables of the staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency in job stress : Male's job stress is greater than that of female's; supervisor's job stress is greater than that of unsupervisor; graduate from college's job stress is higher than that of high school graduates; graduate from research institute's job stress is greater than that of high school graduates; graduate from research institute's job stress is higher than that of college's.
    3.There were no significant differences of different background variables of the staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency in leisure attitude.
    4.There was significantly positive effect on job stress of the staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency have type A personality traits, there was no significant effect on leisure attitudes of the staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency have type A personality traits, and there was no significant effect on job stress of the staffs of Agriculture and Food Agency in leisure attitude.
