本研究主要在探討服務品質、遊憩吸引力與休閒效益三者間之關係。採用問卷調查，以便利抽樣方式，對臺中文心森林公園使用者進行施測，共發出300份問卷，有效問卷288份，所得資料透過IBM SPSS 22.0 套裝軟體進行項目分析、信效度分析、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、迴歸等統計方法分析，研究結果如下：
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among service quality, recreational attraction and leisure benefit. A questionnaire survey was conducted by users of the Wensin Forest Park in Taichung City. 300 questionnaires were collected and 288 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as project analysis, reliability and validity analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis. The results were as follows:
1. As a whole, there are no significant differences in the quality of the services and the attractiveness of tourism among different population background variables. However, in terms of leisure benefits, there are significant differences between ages over 51 years old and older than 23-36; different ages are more than 51 years old when it comes to leisure benefits.
2. Service quality had a positive correlation to the park's recreational attraction and leisure benefits; In addition, there were also a positive correlation between recreational attraction and leisure benefits. Service quality has the greatest direct effect on leisure benefits; The indirect effect of the variable in the recreational appeal.
3. According to the research conclusions, put forward the recommendations for the reference of relevant units and follow-up research of the management plan of Wensin Forest Park in Taichung City.
