    Title: 思覺失調症患者就業歷程

    Abstract: 目的:截至2018年3月底,台灣領有「慢性精神障礙」身心障礙證明的人數有12萬5,983人,位於15歲以上65歲以下的法定就業年齡的「慢性精神障礙」人口數占87.2%。研究指出,在精神障礙者經常會因為疾病的特殊性,在就業市場中面臨各方面的適應不良或阻礙,而無法成功就業。本研究是從思覺失調症患者的角度,來探究精神障礙者在就業情境中所面臨的獨特性和複雜性,作為未來在協助精障者重返工作的知識參考。
    方法:採用紮根理論研究法,以立意取樣的方式,由熟悉研究對象之醫療照護專業人員提供符合研究條件的受訪者參與研究,用深度訪談來進行資料的收集。
    結果:研究結果發現,精神障礙者的就業歷程通常會歷經「懸懸而望」、「三管齊下」、「盲人摸象」與「周旋去留」四個階段。而在影響精神障礙者就業行為上,疾病控制、疾病印象、精神復健以及支持系統這四項因素是影響精神障礙者就業結果的主要因素。
    結論:本研究結果希望能提供政府未來在協助精神障礙者重返工作、穩定就業的規劃以及擬定精神復健照護方針上的知識參考。
    Purpose: By the end of March 2018, there were 12,598 for people with mental disorders in Taiwan who received the "chronic mental disorders" Disability Card. The ages of patients with chronic mental illness ranged from 15 to 65 years about 87.2%. The research shows that psychopathological characteristics all relate to the patients with mental disorder return to work experience.This study was from the point of view of the Schizophrenia patients.explore the Employment experience of Schizophrenia patients.Providing proper vocational Helping information for psychiatric professionals may further enhance their Employment rates.
    Methods: A grounded theory design was used. A Purposive Sampling of participants was drawn from psychiatric professionals. In-depth interviewwere used to collect employment experience information on participants.
    Results: The findings in this study concerning employment experience of schizophrenia patients may include four stages: "hope and expectation"," to do three ways simultaneously"," Cannot see the wood for the trees ", and " Hesitate to leave or stay " . Factors affecting the outcome of patients with mental disorde and depends on four factors: disease control, disease impression, mental rehabilitation, and support systems.
    Conclusions: Explore employment status and employment experience to patients with schizophrenia may further enhance their employmentrate. A study will better enable government and practitioners to look at the employment l evolution of this group. Providing proper vocational rehabilitation to government and practitioners may further enhance their employment.
