Title:	年金改革趨勢下警察大學學生理財行為之研究

Abstract:	近日年金改革議題討論得沸沸揚揚，許多公職人員走上街頭，捍衛自己權益，未來年金改革勢在必行，公職人員退休年齡將往後延，退休金收入將受到影響，面對這項變革，公職人員的生涯理財規劃，越趨受到重視。本研究在探討警察大學學生（簡稱警大學生）的理財素養與理財行為之現況，並進一步了解其金錢態度及理財素養對其理財行為之影響效果。本研究以中央警察大學學生為研究對象，採問卷調查法，共回收有效問卷79份，經統計分析結果顯示，警大學生個人的理財素養會顯著影響其理財行為，但金錢態度並不會影響其理財行為。此外，警大學生多數都有正確的金錢態度，且有保守穩健的金錢管理與規劃習慣，尤其非常重視每月的收支平衡。故警大學生若能多提升自身的理財素養，如此將擁有好的理財行為與退休生活。 Recently, the annuity reform subject was discussed diffusely. Many public servants stepped onto the street to guard their rights and interests. Due to the annuity reforms, public servants' retirement age in the future will extend and the retirement pension income will also decrease under the influence. Facing this change, public servants need to pay more attention in financial plan for retirement. The first research purpose was to figure out the present situations of money attitude, financial literacy and financial behavior for police students. The second was to understand the relationship among of those concepts. This research took students of Central Police University as subjects. Data were collected using survey questionnaire, and a total of 79 valid responses were returned. Results confirmed that financial literacy had significant effects on financial Behavior. This study suggested that students must increase financial literacy and do some investment for retirement in order to get life quality after retirement.
