|Abstract: ||全國第一所社區大學至今邁入二十個年頭。社區大學發展條例2018.06.13第一條：為促進社區大學穩健發展，提升人民現代公民素養及公共事務參與能力，並協助公民社會、地方與社區永續發展，落實在地文化治理與終身學習，特制定本條例。社區大學發展條例2018.06.13 第三條：本條例所稱社區大學，指依本條例或終身學習法，由直轄市、縣(市)主管機闗於正規教育體制外自行設立或委託辦理，以提升人民現代公民素養及公共事務參與能力、協助推動地方公共事務、強化在地認同及地方創生、培育地方人才、發展地方文化、地方知識學及促進社區永續發展之終身學習機構。社區大學持續扮演社會在地共識凝聚平台、知識技能傳授及傳遞管道、公共政策協力推手的對話平台，成為提供民眾快樂學習、在地行動的學習基地。本研究希望探討甲安埔社區大學社區成人學習者學習動機與學習滿意度之相關研究。採用文獻分析與問卷調查法，先蒐集整理相關研究與文獻，對學習動機及滿意度的相關研究進行深入分析，對台灣社區大學之現況進行綜合概述，以作為研究之理論基礎與實證研究之架構。透過問卷調查，經正式問卷的施測後，將蒐集的問卷資料利用統計方法加以分析，最後根據研究結果及討論，歸納出研究發現與結論提出建議。
The first community college in Taiwan has gone through twenty years. The following are two articles of Community College Development Regulations. (2018-06-13)
Article 1: To promote the steady development of community colleges, to enhance the public’s modern citizenship and their capability of participating in public affairs, to assist in the sustainable development of civic society, the local government and the community, and to implement local cultural governance and lifelong learning, this regulation was specifically formulated.
Article 3: In this regulation, the so-called community colleges are referred to the learning institutions established separately or entrusted others to handle by the municipal, county or city authorities. The purpose of these lifelong learning institutions is to enhance the public’s modern citizenship and their capability of participating in public affairs, assist in promoting local public affairs, strengthen local identification and local creation, train local talents, develop local cultures and promote the sustainable development of the community. Community colleges keep serving as a platform of local consensus, a transmitter of knowledge and skills and a dialogue platform to promote public policies. Community colleges have become the public’s learning bases whenever they want to learn.
The study was to explore the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction of adult learners in J. A. P. Community College. It adopted document analysis and questionnaire survey. First, I collected some relevant researches and documents. Second, I thoroughly analyzed the relevant researches of learning motivation and learning satisfaction and comprehensively summarized the current situation of Taiwan community colleges as the theoretical basis and the empirical research framework. Then, the collected questionnaire data were analyzed through statistical methods, such as project analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA , regression analysis and path analysis. Finally, I drew a conclusion and made some suggestions on further research based on the research and results.
