    筆記網站平台作為研究對象,其針對問題在於如何運用 SWOT 分析

    In recently year, more and more people participate in playing badminton. The technical report is to research what conveniences Badminton note can provide and its business strategy management. To find out inside and outside strengths, weakness ,opportunities, and threats that Badminton note will face by SWOT analysis. The technical report using SWOT analysis as main method, and the object is Badminton note. The report focus on using SWOT Analysis in its performance appraisal, user’s habit and feeling, how to improve the development of badminton competition and the sport event management. Through analysis, the purposes of technical report are to find out the competition needs of badminton population from Badminton note’s business model, further understand its business model , how to improve the level of competition. Finally, we hope that the analysis results of Badminton note can be used as reference for sport event and the sport industry business management.
