土傳病害對於使用傳統土耕種植作物的農民來說一直是一個相當困擾的問題，即使利用水耕的方式來種植作物也有可能受到土傳病害的侵擾，有研究表明魚菜共生中有部分的微生物能對鐮刀菌屬以及腐霉屬的土傳病原菌的生長產生抑制作用。因此本實驗將利用魚菜共生及無機水培的方式來種植草莓，並在兩種系統中都置入根腐病的植株，觀察兩種系統內草莓植株的存活狀況，並收集數據進行分析比較魚菜共生與無機水培對其系統內作物受根腐病感染是否有預防的作用。從結果顯示出無機水培系統內的草莓植株在病原菌接種到系統後的第 1 週就已出現植株死亡的現象，並在接種後第 12 週全數死亡，在此期間我們對於死亡的植株進行了解剖，確認死亡植株根內部的纖維管細胞有黑化壞死的情況，以說明植株死亡是根腐病所造成的。針對系統內的植株我們測量了葉寬及葉片數量來做了數據分析比較生長狀況，結果顯示魚菜系統的生長狀況都是比水培系統還要好的，且魚菜系統的草莓都正常的開花結果。對此說明魚菜共生系統在根腐病入侵系統的情況下能達到預防系統內作物受到感染的保護作用。 Soil-borne diseases have always been a considerable problem for farmers who use traditional soil farming to grow crops. Even using hydroponics to grow crops may be affected by soil-borne diseases.Studies have shown that some microorganisms in aquaponics can inhibit the growth of soil-borne pathogens of the genus Fusarium and PythiumTherefore, this experiment will use aquaponics and inorganic hydroponics to grow strawberries. Plants with root rot disease were placed in both systems to observe the survival status of strawberry plants in both systems. And collect data to analyze and compare whether aquaponics and inorganic hydroponics can prevent root rot infection of crops in the system. The results showed that the strawberry plants in the inorganic hydroponic system had already died in the first week after the pathogen was inoculated into the system, and all died in the 12th week after inoculation. During this period, we dissected the dead plants and confirmed that the fibrous tube cells in the roots of the dead plants were blackened and necrotic, indicating that the plant death was caused by root rot. For the plants in the system, we measured the leaf width and the number of leaves to do data analysis and compare the growth status.The results show that the growth conditions of the aquaponic system are better than that of the hydroponic system, and the strawberries of the aquaponic system are all blooming and fruiting normally. This shows that the aquaponic system can achieve the protective effect of preventing the crops in the system from being infected when root rot invades the system.
