    Abstract: This study aims to explore the career experience of female leaders, emphatic the awareness and practice of career development, interpersonal restrictions and coping with , and the understanding of being a female. It invites 3 participants to report their career experiences with the na?ve hermeneutic principles, the study conducts their work-life/stories and a comprehensive understanding of these stories. Finally, based on the research experiences and findings the study dialogues with some theories and perspectives that are relevant with female career and leadership.
