    Abstract: The object of the study is to probe into the solutions to the problems ofmarketing strategy and recruiting students achievements, school propaganda strategy,which the faculty of the private vocational senior high school may be faced with. Firstof all, the development background and status quo of senior high school education inTaiwan are discussed. Second, the research deals with the relative theories andmeanings on school propaganda strategy, the concept and the evaluation system ofstudents recruitment achievements, the dilemma of school propaganda and its possiblesolutions. Third, by way of case study, the research conducted interviews with twoprivate vocational senior high school principals, administrative supervisors, teachersand students in order to understand the innermost of private vocational senior highschool marketing strategy and recruiting students achievements evaluation, thedilemma of school propaganda and its possible solutions. Finally, in the light of thestudy conclusion, some suggestions are offered as follows.First, the educational authorities should provide an experience interflow platformfor school marketing strategies, enhance private vocational senior high school qualityevaluation system, and students’ rights and interests protection system. Second, theschools should set up a sole marketing authority to draw up the long, middle, andshort term development plans for school propaganda strategy and students recruitment,and evaluate the students recruitment achievements and assess the potential demands.Third, in the future, if the subjects of the study include all the interest parties in school,the results of the study will be believed to be more true. Besides, the study asconducted through documents analysis and focused interviews. If the study aresupplemented with questionnaires to collect quantified materials, the results will bemore complete.
