    Abstract: In the subject of science and technology, taking experimental procedures as examples, written test can only exam the conceptual-knowledge except procedural-knowledge. This study takes「Flow of Water」for example to set up an exam with multiple-choice questions and constructed-response questions for computerized analysis. This study not only designing and automatic analyzing constructed-response questions, but also appling DINA and DINO models for data analysis. In order to improve the mistakes and uncertainties caused by guessing and slip of the pen on the multiple-choice questions. The contributions of this study are:1. Set up the interface of constructed-response questions on「Flow of Water」.2. Set up the computerized analysis system based on constructed-response questions. As a result, CCR of concepts and CCR of error types are both 100%.3. Apply both DINA and DINO models to analysis concepts and error types.4. Insert automatic analyzing results to DINA and DINO models, and analysis via DINA and DINO models.
