The study adopts Grounded Theory, bases on interview and open questionnaire survey method, to explore kindergartner and parent's opinion, to understand the new immigrant children's learning in the early childhood education. The conclusions are as follows: 1) To present situation consciousness: a. The majority parents believe their children are same with other. b. Chinese ability is the important factor of influence learning, and participates in active performance, and parents and teacher's interaction and communication. 2) To comment on the praxis: To eliminate special labels, to reduce language barrier anxiety, to raise Chinese teaching effect, to create language study opportunity and the multicultural curriculum designs.
