    Title: 新移民幼兒教育的藍海思維

    Abstract: 本研究採扎根理論模式,透過深度訪談與開放性問卷調查,瞭解學校附幼園長和新移民幼兒家長對新移民幼兒教育的觀點和意見。研究發現:1.對現況知覺方面,a.新移民幼兒家長大多認為自己的孩子與一般幼兒並無不同;b.造成新移民幼兒教育問題的關鍵因素在國語能力;c.國語能力影響到新移民幼兒參與活動或遊戲的表現;d.國語能力影響新移民幼兒家長與老師間之互動與溝通。2.對現況反省方面,a.「消除」新移民幼兒優先入園的人數限制以及標籤化;b.「降低」新移民幼兒因語言隔閡的焦慮以及幼稚園使用語言種類;c.「提升」語文教學效果以及說聽的能力;d.「創造」語言學習機會以及多元文化融合課程設計。

    The study adopts Grounded Theory, bases on interview and open questionnaire survey method, to explore kindergartner and parent's opinion, to understand the new immigrant children's learning in the early childhood education. The conclusions are as follows: 1) To present situation consciousness: a. The majority parents believe their children are same with other. b. Chinese ability is the important factor of influence learning, and participates in active performance, and parents and teacher's interaction and communication. 2) To comment on the praxis: To eliminate special labels, to reduce language barrier anxiety, to raise Chinese teaching effect, to create language study opportunity and the multicultural curriculum designs.
