Title: C/V Segmentation on Mandarin Spontaneously Spoken Speech Signals Using SNR Improvement and Energy Variation
    Authors: 陸清達;Lu, Ching-Ta

    Date: 2006-01
    Issue Date: 2012-11-26 15:16:57 (UTC+8)
Abstract: An efficient and simple approach to consonant/vowel (C/V) segmentation by incorporating the SNR improvement of a speech enhancement system with the energy variation of two adjacent frames is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme performs well in segmenting C/V for a spontaneously spoken utterance.
