    Abstract: 染敏化料太陽能電池專利與技術創新關聯性之研究。

    Recently, patent has become one of most important indicator to measure nation and enterprise competitiveness. Through patent analysis, exploring the information of technology flowing to each other of key technology, institutes and personal applied patent that is very important reference information for university, research institute and industry planning of the strategy of research. Consequently, this study focuses on Dye Sensitized Solar Cell patent of Green Power Industry and collecting information through document of patent analysis, and transferring useful intelligence, and offering strategic suggestion. First, this study will collect both applied and published patent data from five countries, which are USA, German, Spain, Japan and Taiwan on Dye Sensitized Solar Cell. Exploring patent data criteria depends on firm type, institute type, individual, citations situation and collaboration condition to collect information. This study from collected information understanding enterprise, university and research institute of five countries investigated economic activity of patent and technology presentation of Dye Sensitized Solar Cell. It will deliver patent indicator arrangement and development. Secondly, patent mining explore the key technology of patent and plot out technology roadmap of patent. Thirdly, combining expert interview and literature review methods to define the key technology of technology innovation process, and through Grey Relation analysis the correlation between patent and key technology of technology innovation. Finally, this study will provide suggestions for enterprises, university and government to do plan for R&D strategy.
