    Abstract: Language is the foundation of a culture. However, there is no record of medicinal record written in Hakka language according to my research.
    Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to offer some references of the domestic and international traditional Chinese medicine in Hakka language by extending the original medical research of certain Hakka Herbs. My research period started from July 2005 to May 2007. By using the ?literature review approach?, ?field inventory? and ?survey? methods, my research focused on Hakka Medicinal Plant Resources ? pteridophyte?Dicotyledon?Monocotyledon and total have 63 families,165 species, including Compositae, Labiatae, Leguminosae and Euphorbiaceae. My research focused on some herbs related to hepatosis, gynecologic and rheumatoid arthritisofspine. In addition to the Latin terminologies, in addition, my research also used the Chinese terminologies of the medical plants, including Hakka terminologies to describe the use, and the way herbs cure the disease.
    The first part of this thesis gave a brief introduction to Hakka culture and Hakka herbs. The second part focused on the field inventory and survey of general herbs. The last part of this thesis gave the references to the Hakka Herbs.
