Seediq mei-hsi tribe in Nantou comes within the scope of this study. First, this study finds the information of knowledge management and local culture industry, and interviews the leaders of tribe organization. Then, connecting knowledge management model and cultural industry by action research are structured the knowledge category and strategic suggestion of localization attribute and unique culture; therefore achieve the local whole economic value and culture in depth. ??By the knowledge management model and the reengineering and development of culture industry, the results lead to the conclusion that show resource advantages and cultural uniqueness in the tribe, increase the product value of culture industry, improve inhabitants respect self-culture, and maintain culture continuity and developed mission. Through the creation of tribe job chance by the development of culture industry, tribe youth no longer tear themselves away from their native places; they come back the tribe work and development. Therefore, aboriginal job model ?extroversion? changes into the trend of modern social development.
