    Abstract: “Program of modernized office documents” is one of the most important policy of the government office automaticly.In this enviroment of rapidility and efficency,computernized management is the only way to reach it.”modernized office documents” is combined of then office “document management”,”typing management”,”electronic data transfer,receiver” ...etc;To improve the efficency of the office documents and internal office documents management,the quality of the office documents and rapidly processing of the office document management,so that the office documents process flow can be really controled,and the user interface can be handled easily.
    The government applly computerized office document for improving efficiency and strengthening the citizen service.Recently,due to progess of the information technology,convinience communication network,progress of policy of law and the promotion of automation,present information system function must be improved.
    As a result of information science and technology fast development, but had the wireless radio frequency to recognize the system (Radio Frequency identification; RFID); The RFID bar code system is receives the electromagnetic induction after the RFID label, returns to by the radio wave the material reads taking machine, the function and the bar code are same, but RFID may the long distance read takes the material also may by time read takes characteristics of the several hundred materials, the coordination uses the RFID bar code system to compare the traditional bar code system to be able fast to carry on the data processing, the promotion work efficiency. This research plan system development uses three tiers WEB - BASE overhead construction, uses the Oracle relation DataBase system, front end the user only must penetrate the browser then to carry out the system, and using the RFID bar code system, the entire archives tracing management flow computer, may grasp as necessary the archives the processing flow.
