    Title: 幼稚園教師對上級視導風格的喜好之探討

    Abstract: 本研究主要目的是探討台灣私立幼稚園教師對視導風格的喜好。研究方法採用問卷調查,探討不同年資教師在課程設計、購買新教材、如何與家長溝通、營造良好學習情境、教育方法及策略各方面,對上級視導風格的喜好是否有差異性存在。
    研究結果發現,具有3年以上年資的教師比年資低於3年的教師明顯喜好合作合群式的督導方式;而年資低於3年的教師則傾向於直接控制式的督導方式。 In view of the scarcity of teachers supervising preference studies in Taiwan, this research was conducted among a sample of private kindergarten teachers working at different schools at Taichung City in Taiwan. Quantitative method was used to collect data for this study. The objectives of the study were to find the demographic profile of the working experience of these teachers, the information regarding supervising preference—directive control, indirective-information, nondirective interpersonal, or collaborative interpersonal supervisory style —on curriculum design, on purchasing new workbooks or material, on how to communicate parents and creating proper learning climate, and on pedagogical strategies. This research revealed that teachers having three or more years of teaching experience had a higher preference over the collaborative interpersonal approach than those teachers with less than three years of teaching experience. In contrast, those teachers with less than three years of teaching experience had a high tendency to favor the direct supervisory style.
