    Abstract: 國力來自於腦力,腦力則與創造力有關。國民創造力高,國家必能居於世界的領導地位。人類的創造力是可以培養的,而幼兒時代正式培植創造力的關鍵時期,教育主管當局應積極宣導幼兒創造力之教學。
    The power of a country comes from the people’s brain, while the creativity is relative with the brain. If the national people’s creativity is high, the country would own the leadership position of the world. The creativity of human beings can be fostered, especially in the period of early childhood education. This case study has been set on a private kindergarten in Taichung city. Hopefully to investigate the teachers with questionnaire to know the situation of the creative teaching in the kindergarten, and there are some finding below: 1. The teachers whether male or female in this kindergarten knows the creative
    teaching for the young children. 2.The teachers whether they participate or not in the seminar on creative teaching, their knowledge about the creative teaching almost the same, there is no significant difference. However, the achievement of the teachers has joined the seminar are better than the non-joined teachers. 3. The teachers in this kindergarten found 8 factors connected with the creative teaching. 4.The teachers met the difficulty while promoting their creative teaching, the very important bars are the children’s numbers in a class, the concept of the parents, the promotion of this kindergarten, and the design of curriculum. If the director of a kindergarten wants to promote the creative teaching, she/he can take the reference of this research, and pays attention to the number of the children in a class, and communicate with parents about the importance of creative teaching, of course, the design of the curriculum has to be changed.
