    Title: 南方根瘤線蟲與西瓜蔓割病菌複合感染西瓜根系對病害發生之影響

    Abstract: 富寶二號西瓜品種在接種1000 隻以上的南方根瘤線蟲二齡幼蟲經45 天後,其根瘤指數維持在2.0 以上,而接種500 隻二齡幼蟲其根瘤指數則為1 . 8。在接種西瓜蔓割病菌試驗中,接種1 03 及1 04(propagules/g dry soil) 菌量時,西瓜幼苗罹患蔓割病的百分率分別為80 % 及100 %,而接種1 02(propagules/g dry soil) 菌量時,西瓜幼苗罹患蔓割病的百分率為40 %。以500 隻南方根瘤線蟲二齡幼蟲與1 02 (propagules/g dry soil) 西瓜蔓割病菌菌量為接種濃度進行交互感染試驗,結果顯示,先接種南方根瘤線蟲後再接種西瓜蔓割病菌、先接種西瓜蔓割病菌後再接種南方根瘤線蟲、及南方根瘤線蟲和西瓜蔓割病菌同時接種等線蟲和真菌交互作用處理,富寶二號西瓜品種蔓割病發病程度皆比單獨接種真菌處理者為高,顯示植物寄生性線蟲與病原真菌複合感染胡蘆科植物時,確有加重病害發生之趨勢。
