    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to explore the relations between working hours (holidays and working days) and work/family conflict (WFC/FWC) in dual-income family, and the moderator role of work/family faith. The purposive sampling method was used to conduct surveys with structured questionnaires among full-time workers in Taiwan. Total of 420 questionnaires were distributed in 210 doubled-income family and 410 participants from 205 couples returned valid responses. The effective rate was 97.6%. The results revealed that both working hours in working days and WFC positively related to turnover intention. Moreover, All the working hours in holidays, WFC and FWC positively related to turnover intention. Finally, both the working hours in holidays and work/family conflict be strengthen influenced by value family faith positively related to turnover intention.
