    Abstract: 基礎醫學在歷屆護理師考照之成績明顯偏低,呈現在學護生基礎醫學相關知能薄弱且難以運用於臨床護理實務實習之照護。基礎醫學在護理教育的問題包括:護理學生基礎醫學與護理知能不足;基礎醫學涵括學科課程多,國考考題與臨床實務照護無法連結;傳統單元教學,出現課程銜接斷層及去脈絡教學模式,造成學用落差。基礎醫學學科教學之改革,需重視基礎醫學學科基本結構,教學設計符合護理臨床實務內容情境,建構新舊知識間連結的學習平台;透過課程活化、基礎醫學融入護理教學課程整合與案例分享、資訊科技融入與脈絡化教學;引導學習者從具備的知識基礎,銜接新的知識,達到基礎醫學融滲護理教學之連貫整合,使學生具備完整性的護理臨床實務照護知能,進而勝任稱職護理師之使命任務。
