    Abstract: Motels, have been changing, from being cheap and convenient into being more and more edge, fashionable ,luxurious and extremely not eco-friendly in order to cater to the consumer trends. Can this customer trend get closer to an eco-friendly way? It is the main issue in the research. Spring-Season Motel is our eco-friendly business-running case in this research. We would like to have a deeper understanding about the social situation of how motels try to run a eco-friendly business, the strategies and types of how motels can do such business, and know that how eco-friendly style can possibly change the business-running types and creating brand values on motels. Furthermore, to promote the experiences and actions of running eco-friendly motels.
    The reseracher has been involved in this industry and has lots of participation and observation. Also the researcher has In-depth Interviews with ten participants. In this research, we find out the real situation that motels face when running a eco-friendly business .The situations include , the stereotype that such business is rather luxurious, the very competative and over-decorative industry, and resourses wasting and serious pollution. The main valus of promoting paractice process in this case is environmental afforestation, eco-enviroment recovery and enviromental protection. The promoting strategies include “Real Enviroment” of Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction, “Internal Education” of how to do recycling and Benefit Sharing, “External Marketing” of Promotion of eco-friendly business and Social Welfare Platform. The obstcles in the process researcher has faced are “Different Recognition of Employees”, “Consumers’ Disconnectioin”, “Questions from the Shareholders” and “Restrictions from Government’s Policies”. After keeping practicing, there have been several accomplishments. The company gets into the Blue Ocean, creates win-win situations, and fulfill the duties as global citizens. In this eco-friendly business-running case, the important enlightenments are the enterprises shoulde be couragious enough to think and act outside the box and the business-running has to be directed by everlasting and righteous concepts.
