    Abstract: In this Thesis, an information system implementation based on Linux op-erating system for wireless sphygmomanometer is proposed. The purpose of this approach is to enhance the weakness of real-time vital signs sur-veillances in today’s emergency medical service system of the fire de-partment in Taiwan. In this Thesis, we use a virtual machine to build a backend information system by using the Linux operating system. The implemented system may collect the data automatically and send the warning message when the measured signals are abnormal. Finally, a practical project is provided for verifying the effectiveness of the pro-posed approach.
