Principal is the school’s leader who leadership behaviors are important factors for influencing school effectiveness and performances. A questionnaire is used to collect data from teachers who are teaching in the public elementary schools. Then, the Kano Two-Dimensional Quality Model is applied to analyze the data and to classify into one of the five quality attributes from teachers’ perspective. The results of this study found that there are seven attractive quality items, six one-dimensional quality items, and ten indifferent items. Finally, this study provided some suggestions for principal leadership development and future researches.
